IRC Africa Inc. maintains complete and accurate financial records, approves an annual budget, and receives periodic reports comparing actual activity with the approved budget.
Where reasonably practical, responsibility for approving expenditures, executing payments, documentation, and oversight is separated.
Directors and officers must disclose personal, family, professional, or financial interests that could affect their judgment. A person with such an interest does not participate in the related deliberation or vote.
Personal and family relationships are addressed through this disclosure procedure rather than left unstated.
